Jael has been featured in calendars, books, magazines, games, limited editions, plus a wide variety of other publications throughout her many years as a fine artist/illustrator.

Since moving to the New Jersey/New York East Coast in 1986, she has completed several hundred cover illustrations, private commissions, (domestic and abroad), as well as successfully pursuing her visionary Perceptualistic work, and especially now, having moved down into beautiful St. Augustine, Florida, one of the oldest, most picturesque settings throughout the East Coast.

Over a professional span of close to 60 years, Jael has created more than 39,000 paintings/images.

Jael was a professional artist of fifteen years, when she returned to college in 1970 to receive her BFA, Secondary Certification, from the University of Utah, graduating Magna Cum Laud in 1973. She taught for several years in Utah, then Clark College in Las Vegas, Nevada, while keeping very busy with commissions and personal work.

Her Art has been featured in "The Encyclopedia Of Science Fiction And Fantasy Art Techniques", Quarto Publishing, 1996.

She is included in Spectrum 3, Spectrum 4, and Spectrum 8, a semi-annual publication featuring the best in contemporary fantastic art.

Jael is included in the Paper Tiger Fantasy Art Gallery, a book compiling interviews and images of 25 of the world's top fantasy artists, published summer of 2002.

Her work is included in the prestigious Frank Collections, Volume 1 and 2, and worked with the Franks on the prestigious Paint Or Pixel; ©2008 by NonStop Press

She is included in “Doomsday”, the Artists’ Perspective, a beautifully eclectic Collector’s Edition produced by Michael C. Phifer, published April 2013.

She is included in the gorgeous and lush LANDS AND LEGENDS “Fantasy Illustration Library” VOLUME ONE, Published by Michael Publishing, April 2014.

Her work is on exhibit at “Out of this World, Science Fiction and Fantasy Art, at the Cedar Rapids Art Museum, September 2015 through January 2016. This honors all ICON Artist Guests of Honor from years past.

Gods and Goddesses, VOLUME TWO, is in production and will have a release date of fall, 2016.

On a side note: Jael has twelve grown grandchildren, and a beautifully blooming field of thirteen great grandchildren, all healthy and happy.
